SorghumBase Release 10
We are pleased to announce the 10th major release of the SorghumBase database. Highlights of this release include the addition of 31 new genomes from the JGI SorghumPan project. The associated preprint is available on bioRxiv https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.08.01.667986. These genomes and gene annotations were processed by our standardized analysis pipelines and included in a comparative analysis of protein coding gene trees.
