Genome Informatics Conference in Hinxton, U.K, Nov 13-15, 2024, Abstracts Due Sept 10
The 24th Genome Informatics meeting will be held November 13-15 on the Wellcome Genome Campus in Hinxton, U.K. Virtual attendance is available. The 2024 conference will focus on large-scale approaches to understanding genome structure and biology and showcase a range of methods for large genomic data set analysis. Topics will include:
- Pangenome
- Genome assembly
- Sequencing algorithms
- Variant discovery
- Microbial and metagenomics
- Single cell and spatial omics
- Functional genomics
Fabian Theis, from the Technical University of Munich in Germany, and Camille Marchet, from Lille Computer Science, Signal and Automation Research Center (CRIStAL – CNRS) in France will present keynote speeches.
