AG2PI Workshop, “Sharing UAS based high throughput plant phenotyping data via public clouds,” November 18th

The Agricultural Genome to Phenome Initiative (AG2PI) is hosting a virtual workshop entitled “Sharing UAS based high throughput plant phenotyping data via public clouds” on November 18th from 1:00 – 3:00 EST. The workshop will be presented by Jingha Jung, from Purdue University, West Lafayette, USA, and will focus on using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to share Unoccupied Aircraft System (UAS) High Throughput Plant Phenotyping (HTPP) data. There will be three modules covered: 1) Configuring a web server using an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, 2) How to share raster geospatial data products as a web service, and 3) How to share 3D-point cloud data as a web service. .
