AG2PI is hosting an Ag Single cell workshop March 29-31, immediately prior to the AGBT-Ag meeting in Orlando, Florida. The goal of the workshop is to  develop a community of agricultural researchers and data resource experts to help develop resources to achieve the integrated analyses required to adapt  single-cell analysis approaches to improve genotype to phenotype prediction in agriculture. The three day event will include talks, breakout discussion groups and a community discussion.

Speakers at the workshop include:

  • Jennifer Clarke, University of Nebraska – “Lessons learned from interdisciplinary projects: core values, orientation, and organization”
